Returns and Exchanges
Returns:
If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you a refund. This will only be valid until 14 days once receiving your product. This excludes any style of earrings due to health and safety regulations and custom handmade pieces made by TVE.
All sale items are final and aren't eligible for exchange or returns.
Items will only be accepted if returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Responsibility of tracking and shipping costs of the return is up to the customer.
The Velvet Edit Co have the right to refuse a return if:
- TVE believe items were used for commercial or promotional use (photoshoots, content creation, styling, display) unless approved prior.
- Not in its original condition. Signs of wear are shown or not in original packaging.

Returns will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days to receive payment once item/s have been received and approved.
Exchanges:

Exchanges can take up to 7 days once received and approved by TVE.
Faulty:
The items sold at TVE go through quality control before reaching you, however if you believe your product is faulty please contact us at info@thevelveteditco.com with photos and a description so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
